This role is the first point of contact for prospects and plays a critical role in driving the top of the sales funnel. You will work closely with Account Executives and Sales Managers to book meetings and build a pipeline of qualified leads.Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.ResponsibilitiesBuild lead lists using Websites, LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase, or industry directoriesResearch prospects to personalize outreach (company size, focus, pain points)Qualify inbound leads and determine fit based on company criteriaSchedule consultations for the Sales Manager or In-person closing team (Doctor, Nurse, Owner, etc.) Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in a CRMCollaborate with marketing to follow up on campaigns and eventsUnderstand the company's offerings, ideal customer profile, and value propositionMeet or exceed weekly and monthly KPI targets (calls, emails, meetings booked)Track and report outreach performance and lead conversion metricsRequirements6 months to 1 year of Sales Development experience in the Healthcare, Aesthetic, or Wellness industry, with additional background in Customer Service or BPO roles preferredStrong English communication skills (verbal and written)Experience with outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold callsProficient in lead research and personalized outreach using tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Crunchbase)Experience using CRM systems (required)Willingness to work in US time zones (PST, EST, CST).
