With over 400 professionals across Central and Eastern Europe, the company continues to expand its international presence and deliver innovative solutions to operators worldwide.About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive Inbound Sales Specialist to join a newly established Pre-Sales team and become the first point of contact for inbound leads. The role focuses on lead qualification, client communication, and ensuring that high-potential prospects are efficiently transferred to the Sales team.ResponsibilitiesProcess inbound leads from website forms, chatbots, email, and other channelsQualify prospects based on business needs, budget, geography, licensing status, and project stageGather and verify client information, including company details, target markets, and technical requirementsConduct initial communication via chat, messengers, and emailManage follow-up activities and maintain engagement with prospectsMaintain accurate CRM records and sales documentationSchedule meetings and transfer qualified opportunities to Sales ClosersSupport lead conversion goals and maintain high response standardsRequirements1+ year of experience in Sales, SDR, BDR, Lead Qualification, Customer Support, or a similar client-facing role is preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skills in RussianEnglish proficiency at B2 level or higherExperience working with CRM systems such as Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similarAbility to manage multiple conversations and priorities simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate recordsProactive and customer-oriented mindsetAbility to identify business needs and qualify potential clientsComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with performance targetsAdditional languages are considered an advantageNice to HaveExperience with inbound lead managementKnowledge of sales processes and qualification frameworksFamiliarity with iGaming products, operators, and white-label solutionsExperience using chat platforms, helpdesk systems, or sales engagement toolsUnderstanding of B2B sales environments and lead conversion processesBenefitsOpportunity to work with a leading iGaming technology providerCareer development opportunitiesPerformance-based bonus systemMental health support service20 days of paid vacation and 5 Family Days
