We are looking for a strong Senior Product Manager to lead Kyivstar Identity Provider (KIP) – the unified identity layer that powers the entire Kyivstar Group consumer ecosystem. In this role, you will own the product end-to-end: strategy, P&L as the ecosystem develops, KPIs and OKRs, roadmap prioritization, partner integrations, stakeholder management at C-level, customer development, and the user-facing surfaces of KIP. Your goal is to make KIP the operational instrument that turns the Kyivstar Group portfolio into a real ecosystem.KIP is both a platform and a consumer product. The platform side serves partner products – that depend on KIP for authentication, consent, and cross-product capabilities. The consumer side serves the millions of users who sign in, manage their profiles, control their consents, see their subscriptions, and recover their accounts through Kyivstar ID. You will own both sides.You will join an experienced team – engineers, designers, business analysts, QA specialists, product analysts, security, and reliability – that is already building KIP and has integrated the first wave of products. Experience managing products through the complete lifecycle, from ideation to scaled operationExperience with platform, identity, payments, or other infrastructure-class products is a strong plus. Direct experience with identity products (SSO, IdP, account management) is the strongest plusUnderstanding of OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect at the conceptual level, and the ability to engage substantively with technical architecture debates. You don't need to be an engineer, but you do need to know why an architectural choice matters and be able to defend or revise it on evidenceStrong technical proficiency to engage effectively with engineering teams: API design principles, system integration patterns, ability to evaluate technological architecture trade-offs, and explain them to non-technical stakeholdersResult-oriented mindset.
