We’re hiring a Workday HCM Consultant with strong functional and configuration experience to support enterprise HR transformation initiatives.Must-Have Experience: 8+ years of hands-on Oracle Workday HCM; deep expertise across modules: Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation (Core & Advanced), Security, Reporting, Talent & Performance, Payroll Integrations.Key Responsibilities: Configure Workday HCM (business processes, calculated fields, condition & eligibility rules); Partner with HR leaders, HRBPs, HRIS teams & stakeholders to gather and translate requirements; Lead discussions on best practices, process improvements & system enhancements; Manage Workday releases, upgrades, and configuration updates; Perform root cause analysis and resolve system issues; Maintain design documentation and communicate impacts across teams; Support end-to-end project lifecycle (discovery - design - configuration - testing); Collaborate with integration teams on data mapping & system impacts.Nice to Have: Experience with Workday Extend (custom app development); Strong exposure to integration frameworks.
