More specifically, some of the key tasks are: - Develop! We want someone who wants to get his/her hands dirty! Improve the product providing your knowledge and experiences while collaborating with the Product Managers. - Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure the backend fits the requirements of the Product Design and improve, in collaboration with the team, the architecture of the system. - Work together to improve CI/CD strategies and adopt a DevOps mindset. - Test! We have a QA team, but that only means that you have collegues that will help you on improving the way you do your own tests, including Unit Testing and Integration Testing. Help your colleagues and learn from them so you can enjoy the ride together! - Guide junior team members Sounds cool! What are you looking for? In details, here the key skills we are looking for: - Senior Backend Developer with 5+ years experience in a high paced environment - 3-4+ years experience in C# / .NET - Knowledge on distributed systems like Microservices, Eventual consistency, Resiliency but also Scalability and Performance - A good knowledge of Software Architecture. You are confortable talking about (and working with) DDD, CQRS, Event Driven systems. - Strong coding skills, you know about SOLID, KISS and Software Patterns.
