Our products combine practical business workflows with intuitive technology designed for everyday use.We are looking for a Data Quality Analyst to help ensure that the data supporting our products and business operations is accurate, complete, and reliable. You will perform data validation and quality checks, investigate inconsistencies, and work with Data, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to identify and resolve data issues.This role is a strong fit for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and enjoys investigating why data does not look right and finding practical ways to improve its quality.WHAT YOU WILL DOPerform regular data quality checks across internal and product dataIdentify missing, inaccurate, inconsistent, or duplicate dataInvestigate data discrepancies and help determine their root causesValidate data following system updates, imports, and process changesMaintain data quality rules, checklists, and documentationTrack data quality issues and coordinate their resolution with relevant teamsPrepare reports on data quality findings and recurring issuesMonitor data trends and identify potential quality problemsCollaborate with Data, Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to improve data reliabilitySupport testing and validation of new data workflows and product featuresRecommend improvements to data processes and quality controlsWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR1+ year of experience in data analysis, data quality, data operations, reporting, or a similar roleStrong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracyStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsComfortable working with spreadsheets and structured dataAbility to investigate discrepancies and identify patternsStrong written and verbal English communication skillsOrganized approach to documenting and tracking issuesComfortable working independently in a remote environmentNICE TO HAVEExperience with SQLExperience with Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas and data validationFamiliarity with databases and basic data conceptsExperience with BI or reporting toolsExperience working with SaaS or technology productsFamiliarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar toolsBasic understanding of data pipelines, integrations, or APIsCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS$55,000–$72,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.CerebriOS offers a remote-first working environment, professional development opportunities, and a benefits package designed to support our team.
