Our partner is looking for a Mid Market Sales Executive based in the United States.As a Mid Market Sales Executive, you will drive new business growth by selling complex B2B solutions to mid-market organizations.You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and needs discovery through tailored presentations, negotiation, and close.The role offers the opportunity to build a strong pipeline through strategic outbound activity, networking, inbound leads, and account research.You will work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where your ability to articulate value and build trusted relationships directly impacts revenue.You will partner with prospects to understand their challenges and develop solutions that demonstrate measurable business value.Success in this role requires a commercially minded, resilient sales professional who thrives on achieving ambitious targets and winning new business.This is a fully remote opportunity for a self-directed sales hunter who enjoys working collaboratively while taking ownership of results.AccountabilitiesAcquire new mid-market clients by prospecting, conducting needs analyses, developing tailored solutions, presenting proposals, and closing deals.Develop and execute sales strategies for assigned accounts and market segments to support growth objectives and increase market share.Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial prospecting through negotiation, contracting, and close.Consistently work toward and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.Generate, qualify, and convert leads through networking, inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calling, email outreach, and other prospecting channels.Research target accounts, identify key decision-makers and influencers, and develop strategies to generate engagement.Conduct effective virtual product demonstrations and persuasive sales presentations.Build and maintain a healthy, accurate sales pipeline and provide reliable monthly forecasts across multiple products and services.Document sales activities, opportunities, interactions, and pipeline information accurately within the CRM.Develop a strong understanding of the full portfolio of products and services and effectively communicate relevant features, benefits, and value propositions.Maintain current knowledge of client industries, market dynamics, competitive considerations, and relevant solution developments.Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and conditions while protecting profitability and creating mutually beneficial outcomes.Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure prospects receive a consistent and high-quality sales experience.Requirements3–5 years of inside sales experience selling complex B2B solutions, ideally involving annual contract values of approximately $100K–$500K, within a high-volume environment.3–5 years of full-cycle sales experience, preferably managing sales cycles lasting approximately 90–180 days.Demonstrated and consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.SaaS sales experience preferred.Experience selling within the Human Capital Management (HCM) space preferred.High school diploma or equivalent required;
