Job SummaryCreate Music Group is looking for a creative, internet-savvy intern to support the growth of our artists’ online presence through fan pages, edit pages, content sourcing, and daily social media activity. This role will work closely with the Marketing team to identify emerging trends, create and curate engaging content, and build authentic fan communities across platforms such as TikTok and Instagram. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of music culture, meme culture, social media trends, and viral content strategies, with a genuine passion for connecting artists with audiences online.This is an unpaid, part-time internship designed for current students receiving college credit. Interns must be eligible to work in the U.S. and available for 10–23 hours per week over a 3–4 month term.ResponsibilitiesCreate and manage fan pages/edit pages for artists across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X, and YouTube ShortsSource trending clips, memes, interviews, livestream moments, and viral-style content related to the artistEdit short-form content for TikTok, Reels, and ShortsPost daily content on artist social media pagesHelp brainstorm viral marketing ideas, trends, captions, and rollout conceptsMonitor fan engagement and social media trendsAssist with growing fan communities organicallyRepurpose existing content into multiple formatsResearch pages, creators, and trends within hip-hop/music cultureGathering and staying up to date with influencers who have the best engagementOther duties as assignedQualifications Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and internet cultureKnowledge of meme pages, fan pages, and viral social strategiesExperience editing short-form content (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Canva, etc.)Must be a current undergraduate or graduate student, and receive credit for this internshipProgram Details Start Date: Flexible, Fall 2026 TermLength: 3 - 4 month termSchedule: 10–23 hours per weekFair Chance PolicyIn accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider employment for qualified applicants with criminal histories.
