The Senior Executive Assistant II to our VP of Customer Success operates as a trusted extension of executive leadership — equal parts strategic operator, project manager, and thought partner. You will sit at the center of a large, fast-moving organization and use your judgment, initiative, and influence to keep the VP and his team running at peak velocity.You will own the executive experience end-to-end: anticipating needs before they're voiced, navigating complex stakeholder dynamics, and turning ambiguous requests into crisp execution. Please note that base pay offered may vary depending on factors including your city of residence, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
