About the role:We're looking for an experienced Talent Manager to join our fast-paced creative team. This person will be responsible for sourcing, vetting, and onboarding top creative talent to support high-performing ad campaigns, UGC production, design, and more. Our team of 100+ growth operators, analysts, and creatives manages over $500M in annual media spend and drives meaningful bottom-line impact for our partners.Responsibilities:Proactively source and shortlist A-level creative talent (editors, designers, strategists, UGC creators, etc.)Conduct screening calls to assess skill set, cultural fit, and communication capabilitiesBuild and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future project needsPartner closely with Creative Leadership to identify talent gaps and hiring prioritiesHave briefing calls with potential talent to clearly explain project deliverables, set expectations, and align on creative goals to ensure high-quality, on-brand output that drives performanceManage and optimize the full talent acquisition process, from outreach to onboardingUse spreadsheets to organize and track talent poolsQC and QA of submitted content to ensure it meets brand guidelines, creative standards, and campaign objectives before final deliveryStay updated on creative industry trends and talent standardsEnsure a seamless and professional experience for all potential candidatesUsing platforms like Casting Networks, Billo, Fiverr, Upwork, and other sourcing tools to find high-quality talent.Requirements2+ years of experience in a Talent Manager, Creative Recruiter, or similar roleProven success in identifying and hiring top creative talentComfortable and confident on calls with candidatesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and time-management skillsExperience working with creative teamsAbility to assess soft skills, cultural fit, and creative potentialFamiliarity with creative portfolios, reels, and case studiesKnowledge of sourcing platforms like Casting Networks, Billo, Fiverr, Upwork, etc.Nice to haveExperience in UGC or DTC brandsFamiliarity with freelance and project-based creative hiringConnections in the creative / advertising / content creation spaceCompensation:The compensation range is $1,200-$1,800 USD a month based on the experience.This role is a contracted role, candidates should be prepared to operate as self-employed contractors.Additional details:20 paid vacation days annuallyPaid bank holidaysEmergency sick leave allowance
