Whether you've got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you're looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.Apprentice - Accounts PayableWhat this job involves:Basic understanding on accounts payable.Monitor and enforce compliance by all JLL employees involved in the A/P process (site and accounting personnel) in respect to standard A/P policies and procedures.Perform various other duties as assigned by a supervisor.Monthly Accrual PostingAccounts Payable related reportingEnsuring all checklist of AP Invoice processing is taken care as per the process requirements.Ensuring that corporate policies and procedures, statutory and SOX requirements are implemented and complied.Liaising with internal and external auditors when requiredEffective query managementExcellent interpersonal skillsDetail Oriented and Team PlayerAbility to work overtime when required in a fast-paced environment.Flexible in terms of Shift timings. The person could be moved to different team to support other regions.Sounds like you?
