We are currently looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team and contribute to exciting projects within the R&D Operations portfolio.Design and execute end-to-end user experiences, from ideation through launch.Create high-quality design artifacts including design briefs, wireframes, user flows, mockups, interactive prototypes, presentations, and QA documentation.Participate in and facilitate design sprints and workshops to drive innovation and align cross-functional teams.Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Writers, and Researchers to understand user needs and define clear problem statements and product requirements.Develop elegant, intuitive, and user-centric design solutions across platforms.Leverage AI and industry-standard UX/UI design tools to enhance design capabilities, improve workflows, and deliver effective cross-platform experiences.What We’re Looking For6+ years of professional experience in UI/UX Design.Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and UX methodologies.Hands-on experience with wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and visual design.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate design decisions clearly.Experience facilitating design workshops/sprints is a plus.Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design experience.Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and modern design workflows is highly desirable.Interested or know someone who would be a great fit?
