We are looking for Quality Analyst with Data side exp. (Workers' Compensation systems)OPT is also workableLocal DL neededJob Title: Quality Analyst with Data side exp. (Workers' Compensation systems)Duration: 12 monthsInterview Mode: VirtualResponsibilities:Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for data pipelines and Tableau dashboards.Review user stories and acceptance criteria to develop comprehensive testing strategies.Validate dashboard functionality, data accuracy, and KPI calculations.Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.Perform functional, regression, integration, and data validation testing.Monitor for data anomalies and ensure reporting outputs meet business expectations.Collaborate closely with developers, Business Analysts, and BI Engineers throughout Agile sprints.Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and testing activities.Requirements5+ years' experience as a QA/Test Engineer supporting data or analytics projects.Experience supporting Workers' Compensation systems, claims, or business operations.Strong hands-on experience designing, developing, and executing automated test flows; this role requires deeper automation expertise and is not primarily a manual QA position.Experience with performance testing and identifying performance, scalability, and data-quality issues.Must be highly self-sufficient and comfortable independently determining testing approaches, troubleshooting issues, and driving work forward without relying on predefined checklists or step-by-step direction.Experience testing Tableau dashboards and reporting solutions.Familiarity with Databricks and modern data platforms.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Previous experience supporting large-scale modernization or government projects.Strongly Preferred/Will be prioritized over other candidates:Experience supporting enterprise data warehouse, data lake, or analytics initiatives.Familiarity with AWS cloud environments.Interested candidates please send you resume to alex.j@alphait-technologies.com
