• Work closely as part of the CS Leadership team as a subject matter expert on addressing Native American health disparity issues with a lens for cultural competency in how Unite Us approaches the work of building coordinate care networks within communities that have a Native American population • Partner with CS Regional teams to improve access to services and other subject matter expertise for the CS team in working with Native American community organizations • Define strategy for tribal partnerships to improve health outcomes • Take lead in developing tribal liaison engagement strategy and other culturally-relevant programs tailored to serve these communities • Chair Native American Advisory Board for Unite Us Customers and Networks • Manage key tribal government and tribal-based community organizations and coordinate efforts to participate, educate and promote Unite Us presence and products within the community • Lead and implement plans and strategies to ensure Tribal Liaison perspective is embedded in Network operations • Assist in developing strategic community, regulatory, and business development plans for the management team • Collaborate with and guide regional teams through the strategy, design, and implementation of Network Advisory Committees comprised of key stakeholders and conveners in the regional network
