Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Owner with strong Banking industry experience to join a long-term project.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and own product vision and roadmap aligned with strategic objectivesPrioritize and manage product backlogs based on overall product strategyRepresent the voice of the customer and ensure clear user stories for delivery teamsWrite detailed user stories and define acceptance criteriaLead and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremoniesPartner with Agile teams to track progress and improve communicationCollaborate across business units and Product Owners to align customer journeys and dependent backlogsApply Design Thinking and analytics to drive customer-focused outcomesInfluence business stakeholders and advocate for customer-centered solutionsRequired Skills6+ years of Product Owner, Product Management, or related experienceStrong Agile/Scrum experienceExperience with backlog grooming and PI PlanningBanking industry experience is requiredExperience with Account Opening (AO), Deposits, or Embedded Banking strongly preferredStrong experience writing user stories and acceptance criteriaExperience working closely with technical delivery teamsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsHands-on experience with Jira and ConfluenceExperience with Miro or Figma for roadmap development
