About the Role: - We are looking for a Mongolian-speaking Retention Manager to join our team. - The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with agents through daily communication, providing support, and ensuring a high level of engagement. - The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, a professional attitude, and a basic understanding of the iGaming industry. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct daily calls with assigned agents. - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with agents. - Communicate clearly, professionally, and in a friendly manner. - Explain company processes, updates, and promotions effectively. - Follow up with agents and provide ongoing support. - Monitor agent activity and performance. - Maintain accurate records using Google Sheets and internal systems. - Perform basic internet research when required. - Work closely with management to achieve retention and performance goals. Requirements: - Fluent Mongolian (Required). - Good English communication skills (Required). - Basic computer skills. - Google Sheets. - Internet research. - Ability to quickly learn new tools and systems. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude. - Strong relationship-building abilities. - Good organizational and time-management skills. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment. - Basic understanding or knowledge of the iGaming industry is preferred. Salary: - Base Salary: 250,000 – 300,000 AMD (depending on experience). - No bonus during the probation period. - KPI-based performance bonus is available after successful completion of probation. - Bonus is based on the successful performance and results of the assigned agents.
