I am hiring an AI-Native / AI-Forward Developer at IMPOSSIBLE.This one is a little different from a traditional developer role.We’re looking for someone who has genuinely changed the way they build software with AI, using coding agents and LLMs as part of their day-to-day workflow, not just for the occasional autocomplete or code snippet.The interesting part is that AI can do more of the coding, but you still own the engineering: architecture, judgment, debugging, testing, security, reliability, and ultimately what gets shipped.You’ll get to work across AI, crypto, DeFi and marketplaces, building things like AI-powered product features, internal agents and automations, LLM workflows, RAG systems, APIs, and new AI-native products.We also care much more about proof of work and what you’ve actually built than having the perfect CV.
