You’re starting to train others on the work we do. QualificationsYou have executed, maintained, and scaled performance marketing accounts of $100k-200k USD media spend per month at a consistently positive ROI for the client across multiple platforms at a time including Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, Display, Programmatic Platforms, TikTok, Twitter, Spotify and others.You have experience directly collaborating with and supporting team members to achieve project & team goals. You have coached, mentored, or trained people before, helping them reach their career development goals.You have advanced analytical skills and experience using data visualization tools like Google Sheets, Excel, Google Data Studio, Tableau or similar platforms to pull, sort, analyze and draw insight from ad platforms, analytics, and / or business intelligence tools.
