We help you make more commission, quicker.What you'll do here:Recruit on live roles from day one, our Gulf client base means you bill while you buildCold call, pitch, and win your own clients, and keep themBook meetings, negotiate your ToS, own the relationship end to endSpeak to 12+ professionals a week, you source, qualify and close efficientlyGive feedback to every candidate. Every single one.Be open to coaching, we train hard and expect you to level up fastGet comfortable hearing โ€œnoโ€ then hearing it againWhat we want to see from you:Know your stats cold. billings, fill rate, ratios. If you can't talk me through your best and worst quarter, this isn't for you.Show me your BD approach, what's actually won you clientsGenuine care for candidates, our 95% offer acceptance exists because we do this properlyA competitive streak. We are a sports team at MawHub - The Talent Hub, not a family.Curiosity about AI, you don't need to be technical, but you can't be scared of itThe track record you'd be selling: 500+ placements for funded Gulf and international tech companies; Sub-25-day average time-to-hire; 95% offer acceptance; 3.65:1 interview-to-offer ratio.The aim: 2 senior consultants starting by October.Ideal profile: Based in South Africa / fully remote; 4yrs+ recruitment, at least 3yrs agency side most recently hitting targets or close to it; Tech OR Commercial recruiting expert; Hungry to build your own desk, not just work someone else's roles.The deal: Base: 20-40K ZAR per month; Commission: 20%; Best performer is making 7x Base this quarter ๐Ÿ˜ญ; Work your own hours, we measure outcomes, not time online.Here's the honest pitch: most agencies give you an onboarding, a bit of training and say โ€œgo crazyโ€.
