NexHire is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a German speaking Sales Advisor to join their team in Greece.
Position: Sales Advisor.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions across phone, chat, and email channels.
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience with a strong focus on satisfaction and resolution.
- Build and maintain positive relationships through clear and professional communication.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information using internal tools and systems.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets including call-handling KPIs.
- Maintain detailed customer records, accounts, and interaction documentation.
- Always follow communication procedures and data protection policies.
Requirements:
- Native or near-native level in German, with fluency in English (minimum B2 level).
- Strong customer service and contact handling experience across multiple channels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with active listening ability.
- High computer literacy and confidence working with several systems simultaneously.
- Strong multitasking, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with awareness of sensitive data handling.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
