Key Responsibilities: - Conduct nutrition assessments. - Develop individualized nutrition care plans. - Provide medical nutrition therapy. - Provide patient education. - Plan and evaluate therapeutic diets and menus. - Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams. - Monitor patient outcomes. - Ensure compliance with professional standards.
