We're looking for a high-energy, relationship-driven Regional Sales Representative who thrives on helping manufacturers improve productivity, profitability, and competitiveness. This isn't an order-taking position—it's an opportunity to become a trusted manufacturing consultant while earning exceptional income. What You'll Do Develop new business opportunities while growing existing customer relationships. Consult with manufacturers to identify productivity improvements and manufacturing solutions. Sell capital equipment including fiber lasers, tube lasers, press brakes, automation systems, and related fabrication technologies. Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools. Conduct machine demonstrations and coordinate customer visits. Work closely with application engineers and service professionals to deliver complete solutions. Prepare proposals, ROI analyses, and financing options for customers. Represent Mac-Tech at trade shows, open houses, and industry events. Become the trusted advisor your customers call first. What We're Looking For Proven outside sales success, preferably in industrial manufacturing or capital equipment. Strong work ethic with a hunter mentality. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Mechanical aptitude and the ability to understand manufacturing processes. Self-motivated with outstanding time management. Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory. Experience with fabrication equipment, machine tools, automation, or manufacturing is preferred.
