An opportunity is available for a licensed and Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) to support pharmacy customer care operations in a fully remote environment.The ideal candidate will combine pharmacy knowledge with strong healthcare customer-service experience and bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer calls and accurately process pharmacy and patient ordersVerify patient information, prescriptions, quantities, and product usageRespond to prescription-related questions while maintaining HIPAA complianceResolve customer concerns, complaints, shipping issues, returns, and creditsTrack shipments and coordinate timely deliveryMaintain order accuracy, quality, and customer service standardsCollaborate with Routing, Transportation, Sales, and Credit/Collections teamsProvide professional and empathetic support in a high-volume customer-care environmentRequired QualificationsActive Pharmacy Technician licenseCurrent Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification2–4 years of healthcare/clinical customer service or call-center experienceBilingual English/SpanishExperience supporting prescriptions, pharmacy orders, or patient/customer ordersKnowledge of HIPAA requirementsHigh school diploma or GEDStrong communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentReliable high-speed wired internetAvailability for shifts between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM CST, including closing coverage as neededMust reside in Florida, Illinois, Indiana, or Wisconsin📩 Interested candidates can contact:Lillian GraceRecruiter | Cube Hub Inc.Lillian@cube-hub.com331-258-3770
