We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive SAP Data Steward to drive data governance, quality, and integrity across SAP landscapes, including ECC and S/4HANA environments. The role is responsible for ensuring consistent and accurate master data management across key domains such as Material, Customer, Vendor, and Finance.The SAP Data Steward will establish governance frameworks, define business rules and KPIs, maintain metadata and lineage documentation, and collaborate with business and technical teams to improve overall data quality and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation and enforcement of SAP data governance policies, standards, and controls across enterprise systemsEnsure data integrity, consistency, completeness, and accuracy across SAP modules and master data domainsDefine and maintain enterprise-wide SAP data definitions, business rules, ownership models, and governance frameworksPartner with business teams to identify SAP KPIs and document business and technical metadata requirementsDevelop and maintain SAP data lineage documentation and data flow mappingEstablish SAP data quality rules and perform regular profiling, validation, and monitoring activitiesCreate and maintain governance documentation including process maps, SOPs, data policies, and user guidesSupport SAP data migration, ingestion, system consolidation, and transformation initiativesAnalyze and remediate data quality issues by collaborating with business users, functional consultants, and technical teamsMaintain SAP data dictionaries and metadata repositories within enterprise data catalogsAssess SAP data assets for completeness, consistency, and timeliness across business domainsSupport knowledge-sharing initiatives and conduct user training on governance processes and best practicesMust Have SkillsStrong understanding of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environmentsExperience with SAP Master Data domains, including: Material Master; Customer Master; Vendor Master; Finance Master DataStrong understanding of Data Governance concepts and frameworksExperience with Data Quality Management and Data ProfilingMetadata Management and Data Lineage documentationStrong SQL skills for data analysis and validationAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsStrong documentation and process mapping skillsExcellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skillsExperience supporting data migration and transformation initiativesInterested candidates can share their updated resume at recruiter@bluerockmanagement.co
