Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and implement ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules including: Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk Management.Develop custom solutions using: JavaScript, Glide, Jelly, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer.Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server.Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and IT Security teams to deliver business solutions.Perform unit testing, automate testing, and provide production support for GRC applications.Required Qualifications3+ years of overall ServiceNow experience.2–3+ years of dedicated GRC/IRM experience.Strong experience with Service Portal and UI Builder.Must-Have SkillsActive CSA Certification.Active CIS (GRC/IRM) Certification (Mandatory).Preferred CertificationsCADCIS – Risk & Compliance / CIS-IRMKnowledge of ISO, NIST, Risk Frameworks, Control Testing, and Regulatory Compliance.
