Typical engagements include software implementations, upgrades, replenishment and slotting optimization, material handling and ERP integration, and parcel systems.Our mission is to deliver flexible, technology-enabled solutions that help customers achieve more with less.The Analyst is a subject matter expert and individual contributor who resolves incidents, monitors software and infrastructure, and provides timely client updates and resolutions.ResponsibilitiesWork with clients to identify issues, guide the team to the root cause, and implement solutions that prevent recurrence.Work independently with customers, users, and internal and external functional and technical resources to define concepts and solutions.Determine the root cause of issues, document resolutions for future review, and provide training materials.Provide clear and concise documentation.Participate in on-call rotations, including nights and weekends.Monitor the incident queue and resolve incidents.Act as an escalation point (on-call) for nights and weekends.Continue to learn new skills and stay current with the technology used in the industry.ExperienceBachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, MIS, or 3+ years of equivalent experience.3+ years of experience with JDA/Blue Yonder WMS/WLM configuration and customer-specific development.3+ years of experience with JDA/Blue Yonder development tools, including MOCA tracing and components, Microsoft SQL Server, Integrator, and Reporting.Solid knowledge of warehouse operations.Strong customer service skills are required.Experience with SQL and writing complex queries.Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems.Experience with Java, JavaScript, and Python is a plus.Experience with Oracle Database is a plus.Experience with Körber WMS, in addition to Blue Yonder WMS, is a plus.Additional Skills, Abilities, and AttributesStrong verbal and written communication skills with technical, business, and management staff.Ability to explain technical concepts to people with varying backgrounds.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop cohesive working relationships with internal and external clients.Professional and organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage workload independently.Adaptable, positive, and proactive.Strong customer service skills.Work Location & TravelMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship at any time.This position is remote and will work within the U.S.This position is for second shift, Eastern Time, typically 4:00 p.m.–1:00 a.m. or 5:00 p.m.–2:00 a.m.This position may require travel of up to 10%.Physical RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of
