We’re partnering with a growing, private-equity-backed manufacturer to identify a North American Sales Director to lead its commercial organization through its next phase of growth, integration, and market expansion.This is a highly visible leadership role with responsibility for profitable revenue growth, sales-team integration, channel performance, and North American go-to-market strategy.We’re looking for a proven B2B sales leader with experience in industrial, electrical, engineered products, manufacturing, or related markets who has:Led a North American sales organizationManaged independent reps, distributors, OEMs, and channel partnersIntegrated sales teams, territories, and product portfoliosDriven profitable growth, pricing discipline, and forecast accountabilitySuccessfully led complex, high-value commercial opportunities7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience required. PE-backed experience is a plus. Lighting experience is helpful, but not required.This is a remote role with extensive travel throughout the U.S. and Canada.
