An international forex broker is looking for a Payment Operations Specialist to own the payments side of the business — from sourcing and onboarding new PSPs to reporting and compliance.ResponsibilitiesSearch for new PSPs, build and maintain relationships with payment providers and banksSupport onboarding and integration of new PSPs and payment solutionsInvestigate and resolve payment failures, delays, chargebacks, and disputesMonitor PSP performance — success rates, processing times, and costsEnsure compliance with AML, KYC, and internal operational proceduresPrepare payment reports and analyze transaction trends and performanceIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance payment efficiency and client experienceResearch payment methods across different regionsWork closely with development and risk teamsRequirementsRussian and English — working proficiency (must-have)Legal experience with compliance requests or PSP/bank onboardings is a strong plusFully remote, exciting scope of work in the payments space.
