Transactions are high-dollar and high-stakes, the audience is legal and medical professionals, and the culture rewards ownership, precision, and resourcefulness over rigid process.Day-to-day, this role owns a high-volume, multi-channel queue of active cases across email, phone, and portal; manages invoicing, scheduling, and coordination; and builds or repairs the trackers and processes that keep everything moving.
