We believe in balancing results with a positive team spirit—and we’re always on the lookout for authentic, accountable individuals who are ready to grow with us and make an impact.  What would you do? As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll help bring our marketing strategy to life by executing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth. You’ll support integrated marketing programs across digital channels, content, and events—including trade shows, webinars, and customer and partner events—while also attending on-site events to ensure smooth execution. You’ll also help track performance in HubSpot and Salesforce and collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to optimize results. What are the details?  Primary Responsibilities  Execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, digital marketing, webinars, content, and partner channels Support demand generation initiatives by coordinating campaigns, nurturing leads, and tracking performance through HubSpot, Salesforce, and other marketing platforms Plan and coordinate events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, customer events, partner events, and executive briefings Coordinate all aspects of event logistics including registration, travel coordination, venue management, shipping, booth materials, promotional items, and attendee communications Manage content distribution across marketing channels, including social media, email, website, and partner networks Monitor campaign, lead, and engagement metrics to ensure accurate reporting and continuous optimization Deliver integrated marketing programs focused on lead generation that align with both short and long-term business goals  Partner with the Business Development team and leadership to drive B2B demand generation strategy and tactics Maintain marketing standards, templates, processes, and best practices that ensure consistency across the organization Bring new ideas to the table and contribute to the development of creative campaigns that support business growth Success MetricsHigh-quality campaign execution and on-time delivery Event attendance and engagement Lead capture and Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) contribution Social media engagement and audience growth Accuracy of marketing operations and reporting Event and campaign ROI What do you know?  Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field 2+ years of B2B marketing experience Hands on experience with HubSpot required Salesforce experience preferred Experience supporting or coordinating events such as trade shows, conferences, webinars, or customer/partner events Familiarity with digital marketing, including content creation, email marketing, and social media execution Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally and coordinating with vendors, agencies, and internal teams Travel Requirements Ability to travel approximately 20-30% for conferences, trade shows, customer events, partner events, and company meetings. What do you get from us?  Unlimited PTO – That’s right!
