As a Practice Lead you will be responsible for leading our 100+ PaaS Specialists team in Bangalore. You will work with our enthusiastic and ambitious global team (7 locations) and are continuously looking for improvements, on a strategic level, to unleash the people’s personal potential and talent as well as the company’s potential. Besides that, you are responsible for driving operational excellence. You will be part of our (local) management team based in our office in Bangalore, India.Because of the responsibilities and the nature of our business we expect you to be in the Bangalore office every day. You will report into the 4Mation Group Chief Executive Officer. Minimum of 12 years of experience in Resource Management, Performance Management, Operations Management, Quality Management, People Management.Experience leading teams of high-performing professionals, providing clear feedback and direction, and building a culture of continuous improvement.Relevant leadership experience interacting across geographies, particularly Europe & US based clients.
