Job DescriptionAs an Onboarding Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of Regard’s mission, leading customers through seamless implementations that drive rapid adoption and measurable impact. You will partner closely with hospital executives, physician leaders, and cross-functional Regard teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and with exceptional client experiences.This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive leader who thrives in a dynamic startup environment and is passionate about improving healthcare through technology.This position requires recent project management experience in the acute care setting and experience with Epic or Cerner EHR integrations.About RegardOur mission is to bring world-class healthcare to everyone. We want you to join us.Responsibilities:Lead healthcare clients through successful implementations of the Regard platformPartner with hospital executives, physician leaders, and cross-functional Regard teams to deliver projects on time and within scopeBuild trusted relationships that position Regard as a strategic partner in each client's digital transformationDrive project coordination and training schedules in close partnership with Customer Success Managers so clients see immediate valueDevelop and own the project implementation plan in collaboration with clients, defining project scope, timeline, and resourcesTrack and manage dependencies across integration, training, and adoption efforts.Proactively identify risks and issues, driving timely mitigation plans and reportsMonitor user feedback during UAT and facility go-live, escalate issues appropriately, and provide status updates to clientsLeverage project management and data analytics tools to monitor implementation progressMinimum Qualifications:3+ years of project management experience in healthcare2+ years of experience implementing Cerner or Epic EHR in an acute care settingStrong proficiency in Excel, analytics, and modelingLocated within 50 miles of a major airport and willing to travel to client sites as needed (25-50% of time)Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in a healthcare technology startupDeep familiarity with acute care workflows and hospital dynamicsPMP or equivalent project management certificationExcited about working with a nimble, small team in a dynamic startup environmentProactive and detail-oriented with the ability to collaborate across teams and lead clients through changeLocation | Work AuthorizationFor this role, Regard is currently only considering candidates who are authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorshipFor those who enjoy working from our Manhattan or Los Angeles offices on a more regular basis, we offer catered lunches and other fun perksAdditionally, hybrid employees have the flexibility to work from locations outside of their home office from up to 6 weeks per yearComp | Perks | BenefitsEligible for equity99% employer paid health benefits (Medical, Dental, and Vision) + One Medical subscription18 PTO days/yr + 1 week holiday breakAnnual $750 learning & development stipendCompany-sponsored team retreat + social eventsA sabbatical programSalary$100,000 - $140,000 a yearAt Regard, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your skills, qualifications, location, and experience. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $100,000 to $140,000. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for equity, benefits, and other perks.
