We're disrupting hiring, and looking for a remote senior team member to join our team ASAP. Synapse International is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join their remote team. The primary mission of this role is to close as many clients/deals as possible. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in business development for recruiting, consulting services, or software companies, and possess deep experience with email marketing for business development. This role requires excellent command of verbal and grammatical English, a business-minded attitude, and the ability to work independently and remotely. The compensation includes a competitive base salary + commissions, and the opportunity to work 100% from home. Responsibilities: - Sending email campaigns daily with email automation software (Apollo) - Sending messages via LinkedIn to prospects - Conducting warm and cold calls - Taking client intake/intro calls - Relaying information to the rest of the team for a smooth handoff to the Account Managers
