NYPCC is seeking warm and empathetic Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists to join their growing Clinical Team. The position will be based out of their state-of-the-art Child and Family Health Centers located at 579 Courtlandt Ave., Bronx (South Bronx). The ideal candidate will be responsible for the diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric disorders, provide medication therapy and education, participate in the development of treatment plans, conduct mental status examinations, and review and approve discharge plans. Qualifications include a medical school degree approved by the New York State Education Department, completion of an approved residency in Psychiatry, a valid New York State License to practice medicine, and certification or eligibility for certification by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must. The salary is $150.00 - $185.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
