Cleo is seeking an Engineering Manager to guide and further develop engineers across cross-functional product squads. The role involves people management for multiple squads and engineers within one of the core Pillars, including hiring, coaching, and developing the team. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for all technical leadership, actively seeking out opportunities to improve processes, participating in design sessions, and developing the technical roadmap for the area.
