🔵 Requirements: ◽ Strong Project Management Skills. ◽ Experience solving technical problems with Cross-Functional Teams (CFTs). ◽ Attention to detail and analytical thinking. ◽ Experience in managing multiple projects. ◽ General knowledge of the EV industry. ◽ Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills. ◽ Proficiency in MS Office tools. 🔵 Behavioral Requirements: ◽ Quick Decision-Making. ◽ Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills. ◽ Effective Planning and Execution. ◽ Result-Oriented. ◽ Problem-Solving Approach. ◽ First-Principle Thinker. ◽ Skilled in Achieving Results. ◽ Speed in Delivering Outcomes. ◽ Collaboration Across Interfaces. 🔵 Responsibilities: ◽ Collaborate closely with CFTs and stakeholders to ensure smooth task execution and milestone completion. ◽ Utilize Agile Scrum framework for in-house E&E projects. ◽ Oversee adherence to Agile Scrum framework, including sprint planning, daily scrum, and retrospectives. ◽ Track all scrum activities and analyze technical gaps. ◽ Present progress, KPIs, and roadblocks during retrospectives. ◽ Collaborate with business leaders, technical teams, and testing teams to validate requirements during kickoff meetings and planning sessions. ◽ Work with Functional leads on resource planning, budgeting, and timelines. ◽ Prepare project charter and launch plan. ◽ Identify and mitigate risks to achieve project goals. ◽ Proactively communicate concerns and program risks to the PMO. ◽ Develop mitigation plans to meet Cost, Quality, and Timeline objectives. ◽ Conduct regular program reviews with project stakeholders to discuss deliverables, schedules, and conflicts.
