A Lead DevOps Engineer (‘LDE’) will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and deployment processes required for our cloud-based product. The LDE will lead Senior DevOps team members in these efforts as well as contribute individually. The LDE will have expertise in Azure, Kubernetes, and Terraform to support our product development team. Responsibilities: - Design, deploy, and manage the Azure infrastructure components required for our product development environment. - Set up and maintain Kubernetes clusters for deploying and scaling our applications. - Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or similar tools. - Develop and maintain Terraform scripts to provision and configure infrastructure resources. - Implement monitoring and logging solutions to proactively identify and address performance issues and system failures. - Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations. - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and operations, to understand product requirements and ensure smooth deployment and operation of applications. - Continuously monitor system performance and identify areas for optimization. - Lead a small team of experts.
