The job involves ensuring the application and compliance with the standards of Health and Safety at work and rules of hygiene with his/her team. The candidate will also be responsible for managing, delegating and coordinating the work within their respective team by using active coaching walks and following the plan given by the Manager. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment and should have experience in a production environment. Responsibilities: - Ensure the application and compliance with the standards of Health and Safety at work and rules of hygiene with his/her team - Promote the maintenance of the workplace/area, clean and safe equipment - Ensure cleaning of each workstation and equipment is completed at the end of each shift - Ensure continuous improvement of work practice - Manage, delegate and coordinate the work within their respective team by using active coaching walks and following the plan given by the Manager - Help training and transmitting the good practices to new and existing employees - Maintain good working relationships and motivate employee - Document absences, delays, low performers and escalate non-compliant employees - Ensure that the products comply with specifications and meet the Goodfood quality standard - Eliminate waste of time, ingredients, supplies and equipment
