We work with some of the biggest organisations in Europe to solve the challenges that directly affect their business. Since our foundation, we have successfully delivered more than 130 projects and have grown to 110+ talented individuals across 5 office locations. Unit8 is looking for a Business Development Associate to join our Growth organisation in Krakow. The purpose of the role is to drive sales enablement activities, own our Knowledge Management efforts, collaborate cross-functionally on sales/marketing asset production and support the Head of Growth in Sales excellence initiatives. Responsibilities: - Sales enablement activities including: Customer research, Offer, presentation preparation, Sales campaign preparation and Presales support - Asset creation - Knowledge management - owning our project library - Collaboration with the technical, consulting and marketing teams on asset planning and production - Sales Excellence - Supporting Head of Growth in the areas of Sales Analytics / Sales Reporting / Sales Process improvements - CRM management
