As a Growth Marketing Specialist , you will play a pivotal role in transforming strategic vision into measurable results. With a strong foundation in SEO, content writing, social media management, demand generation, email automation, and event / trade show planning, you will help elevate our presence, drive engagement, and support lead generation efforts. Working alongside our fractional CMO, you will also collaborate closely with various teams. Implement AI as you build our marketing. Responsibilities: ● SEO: Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive website traffic, and enhance overall visibility. Conduct keyword research, optimize content, and monitor SEO performance. ● Content Writing: Create compelling and informative content for blogs, websites, newsletters, case studies, and social media platforms. Ensure content aligns with SEO goals and supports demand generation efforts. ● Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer retention. Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed. ● Marketing Automation: Own the CRM, email marketing campaigns, and marketing automation workflows. Create targeted campaigns, segment lists, and track performance metrics to accelerate pipeline growth. ● Social Media: Manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.). Develop content calendars, engage with followers, and track social media metrics. ● Demand Generation: Work with the sales and marketing teams to create and execute demand generation strategies. Identify new opportunities for lead generation and nurturing. ● Website Management: Oversee the company’s website content, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for both SEO and conversion. Work with design and development teams to make necessary updates. ● Tradeshow & Event Planning: Plan, organize, and execute company participation in tradeshows, conferences, and other events. This includes selecting events, managing budgets, coordinating logistics, creating event materials, and ensuring effective follow-up to convert leads into customers. ● Event Marketing: Promote events and tradeshows through various marketing channels, including email, social media, and website updates. Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and ensure events align with business objectives. ● Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key marketing metrics using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other tools to measure performance and optimize strategies. ● Creative Coordination: Work closely with designers and internal stakeholders to produce compelling assets, landing pages, and collateral that speak directly to our market. Requirements: ● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. ● 2–5 Years in B2B Marketing, ideally within tech, SaaS, logistics, or AI-driven businesses. ● Expert proficiency with HubSpot Marketing Hub, automation, CRM integration, campaign dashboards, and reporting. ● Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive growth and customer engagement. ● Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish with a focus on creating high-quality content in both languages. ● Hands-on experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, Google Analytics, Google Search Console). ● Experience in organizing and managing tradeshows, conferences, and corporate events, including vendor relationships, budgeting, and post-event follow-up. ● Knowledge of website management. ● Demonstrable success managing paid digital campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads) with clear performance metrics and optimization strategies. ● Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment. ● Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously with minimal oversight. ● Motivated to learn quickly, adapt readily, and proactively seek out opportunities for growth and improvement. ● Open and eager to learn from senior strategic leadership, comfortable taking initiative while aligning closely with guidance from our Strategic Marketing Advisor.
