As the Head of Engineering at Isomorphic Labs, you will lead and continue to develop the Software Engineering department, driving groundbreaking innovation in the field of drug discovery. You will partner with internal and external teams to deliver a transformative social impact and contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI models and products. Responsibilities: - Develop and deliver the engineering roadmap and strategy - Partner and collaborate with internal and external teams - Build a high performing, agile team of software, ML, data, research, and DevOps engineers - Provide technical leadership and own core technical decisions - Manage research, development, integration, and production environments with operational excellence - Manage desktop support and application management - Manage the development and productionisation of cutting edge ML models - Manage the development of end user applications for drug discovery and design according to UX best practices
