The LFS Foundation is seeking a seasoned project manager to lead a project that will transform the organization and increase its impact on the communities it serves.
The project manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations, stakeholder engagement, quality assurance, monitoring, and reporting.
The ultimate goal is to meet the foundation's performance and delivery goals.
📒 Requirements:
◽️ Master's degree or bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, civil engineering, or a related field.
◽️ Strong experience as a project manager (or related roles).
◽️ Experience structuring and developing high-impact social projects is highly desirable.
◽️ Knowledge of project management methodologies, procedures, and regulations is required.
◽️ Procurement and finance management experience is an asset.
◽️ High-level stakeholder management skills are necessary.
◽️ Experience leading teams is required.
◽️ PM certifications are desired.
◽️ Advanced English is required.
📒 Responsibilities:
◽️ Ensure project outputs are delivered within the specified project tolerances of time, cost, quality, scope, risk, and benefits.
◽️ Monitor project progress and report on project status to stakeholders.
Engage with stakeholders to ensure project success.
◽️ Ensure project quality through adherence to best practices and quality assurance procedures.
◽️ Manage project personnel.
