Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, diary management, and project coordination for key Partners in the PwC Legal team.
- Act as the first point of contact for existing and prospective clients, team members, and others across PwC New Zealand and overseas.
- Coordinate projects, client visits, meetings, and events, including room bookings, video conference support, and catering requirements.
- Handle routine enquiries, assist with the billing process, and manage travel arrangements.
- Coordinate document production through the Internal Service Delivery Centre, ensuring high-quality presentations adhering to PwC brand standards.
