Requirements and responsibilities

Senior UX Designer. About the Role. We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our product team and shape the future of our research technology platform. In this role, you’ll lead design initiatives that help researchers easily recruit and manage participants, streamline workflows, and unlock insights with the help of AI. You’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and research teams to deliver thoughtful, user-centered experiences across the product. What You’ll Do. * Lead end-to-end design for core product areas, from discovery and concepting to detailed interaction design and final delivery. * Collaborate with product managers and researchers to define user problems and translate them into clear, elegant solutions. * Create design artifacts such as user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs that bring clarity and alignment across teams. * Partner with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation and design fidelity. * Conduct or collaborate on usability testing and user research to inform design decisions. * Advocate for UX best practices and contribute to the evolution of our design system. * Mentor junior designers and help elevate the overall quality of design across the organization. Who You Are. * 5+ years of experience designing digital products, ideally in a SaaS or B2B environment. * Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user experience, interaction design, and visual design. * Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility best practices. * Skilled in tools such as Figma and Notion, or similar design and collaboration tools. * Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams with product managers, engineers, and researchers. * Excellent communication skills, able to articulate design decisions clearly and persuasively. * (Bonus) Experience designing for AI-powered products or complex workflows. * (Bonus) Familiarity with research or data-heavy applications. Why You’ll Love Working Here. * Opportunity to design products that empower researchers and improve the quality of human insights. * Collaborative, supportive team culture where great ideas come from everywhere. * Hybrid, flexible work environment with a focus on outcomes, not hours. * Competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities for growth.
