This is a seasonal, part-time role that involves delivering fun and meaningful interactions, maintaining a visually stimulating environment, and operating the store stockroom efficiently. The role also requires effective communication with team members and guests, processing information/merchandise through the register system, and working various hours, days, nights, and weekends as business dictates. Physical specifications include constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours, with occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. The role may involve lifting at least 30 lbs and has the potential to become a regular role for excellent performers. Responsibilities: - Exceed guests’ expectations through fun and meaningful interactions - Ensure a signature experience for every guest by greeting, performing cash register functions, and maintaining a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging manner - Provide a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays, and learning and executing LEGO Brand Retail visual standards - Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom, assist in receiving merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LBR standards, know and abide by all safety regulations, and notify management of potential shortage situations
