Requirements and responsibilities


• Be the business partner to Sales leadership in your region. Drive revenue growth efforts by tracking every deal and opportunity. Be the single point of contact to unblock deals, strategically helping the team identify the right opportunities and take the right approach. You will bring the brains and the drive to the Growth Process. • Liaise with the Growth team to strategize and implement the GTM motion. Drive the account segmentation, industry categorization, territory mapping, capacity planning, and pricing for your region. • Collaborate with Marketing and Pre-Sales to define our internal and external content generation approach to help sell more effectively. • Liaise with Revenue Enablement to define the training requirements for your region and implement them in the field. • Liaise with the Revenue Operations to identify the bottlenecks in the GTM funnel and solve for them. • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to conceptualize new solutions that will help penetrate markets/ regions; drive go-to-market launch for these solutions. • Be an advocate of consultative selling. Host workshops and discovery sessions to help customers define their business case and ideal engagement approach with Zinier. • Build and foster relationships with stakeholders at our customer and partner organizations; the goal is to generate additional and recurring revenues via cross-selling/upsell in collaboration with the Sales and Customer Success teams. • Acquire a deep understanding of the field services domain; be an expert on Zinier’s Products and Technology. • Be a data junkie who can interpret, manipulate, and explain data.
