Coordinate, supervise and control the procedures of reconciliations, transfers and other necessary operations with respect to Financial Resources, and Programming and Budgeting, to ensure the transparent administration of available resources. Objectives of the position: -Plan, organize, coordinate and ensure an efficient and effective accompaniment to all administrative, financial and monitoring processes. -To ensure an efficient and effective support to administrative, financial and accounting processes of the bases in Mexico - US and Peru. -Elaborate and monitor budgets and cash flows. -Coordinate the legal and leadership area, in administrative terms the management of all types of contracts in which Bquate is involved. 1. Provide advice and/or support to the areas that require any information that concerns the Administration. 2. Follow up the processes of the unit in accordance with the company's policies. 3. Coordinate and manage human, technical and financial resources to effectively develop the objectives and goals in accordance with company policy. 4. Evaluate and establish preventive and corrective actions to improve processes for internal and external customer satisfaction. 5. Properly record and present the company's results in a timely manner. 6. Prepare and submit reports requested by management. 7. Evaluate, propose and communicate on the incorporation of new digital tools for the development of operations according to the levels established by the company. 8. Make and review payments. 9. Review and prepare financial reports. 10. Prepare revisions to monthly and annual tax returns. 11. Review and present the monthly income and expense results of the company. 12. Submit reports required by the Tax Administration according to territory. 13. Control the operations of purchases, logistics
