Responsibilities
✨ Advise and provide the appropriate tools to company managers so that they can manage processes correctly and efficiently.
✨ Design and implement the comprehensive quality management methodology and
transversal adequate to the organization.
✨ Propose and update inspection procedures and guidelines to detect possible deviations in product quality in real-time.
✨ Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality information.
✨ Manage quality records and reports, statistical reviews, and
relevant documentation.
✨ Ensure that all legal regulations are met.
✨ Represent the company before standardization bodies and/or
certification, national and international.
✨ Support managers in planning processes and
procedures.
✨ Establish measurement and analysis criteria that help evaluate improvement actions, assess results, and make the appropriate diagnosis based on the objectives.
✨ Establish a control that allows comparing the desired results and those achieved.
✨ Manage planning and coordination strategies to ensure quality and efficiency in processes.
✨ Design, implement and control management indicators that allow measure of progress and quality of processes.
