We’re building the future of franchising by combining smart technology, great people, and world-class systems. 🎯 About the Role. We’re hiring a Ventrata Booking Platform Specialist to join our remote team and support the configuration, migration, and ongoing management of our reservation technology. You’ll become a power user of our booking systems, assisting franchisees with setup, troubleshooting, training, and ongoing support while ensuring a smooth customer experience across the network. You don't need to be familiar with Ventrata, but bonus points if you are already familiar. 🛠 Responsibilities. * Configure and manage booking/reservation platforms for new and existing franchisees. * Support migration projects and ensure accuracy in the transition process, migrating franchisees to the new system. * Train and support franchisees on system use with patience and clarity. * Update franchisee booking systems as requested by franchisees. * Troubleshoot issues and coordinate solutions with technical partners when needed. * Document processes, FAQs, and guides for ongoing support. * Identify opportunities to improve system usage and efficiency. ✅ You’ll Do Great in This Role If You. * Have 2–4 years of experience in SaaS support, system administration, or customer success. * Have strong technical aptitude and are a quick learner of new platforms and tools. * Have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. * Are a patient and clear communicator, able to explain technical concepts in simple terms. * Are detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. * Hold a Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, or related field (preferred). * Have experience with Ventrata (preferred but not required). 💡 Bonus Experience (Not Required). * Worked with reservation systems in the past.
