Title: Expert HubSpot Admin Needed – Implementations & Reporting Wizard (PH or Colombia) Job Description: We’re looking for a highly skilled HubSpot Administrator with deep expertise in implementations, CRM setup, workflows, and advanced reporting. This is a long-term role with flexible hours and high impact. Key Responsibilities: * Set up and manage HubSpot CRM for Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs. * Implement automation workflows, lifecycle stages, and lead scoring. * Create and maintain detailed dashboards and custom reports. * Manage data imports, property creation, and data hygiene. * Integrate HubSpot with tools like Google Sheets, Zapier, n8n, Make, or Slack. * Collaborate with leadership to turn business questions into insightful reports. You Are: * A certified or proven HubSpot expert (show portfolio or past client work). * Strong in data visualization and reporting logic. * Familiar with lifecycle stages, attribution reporting, and pipeline analytics. * Detail-oriented and comfortable with complex logic. * Available during some overlapping working hours with EST or PST. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience working with startups or B2B companies. * Familiarity with Google Sheets automation and reporting. * Comfortable with task managers like ClickUp, Asana, or Trello.
